Norcott Client Free Issue Guidelines
For those of you who supply Free Issue Components, we have looked at making the process smoother and more efficient by creating a Guidelines Document. If this doesn’t apply in your case you may disregard the email or keep on file for future reference. The guide is designed to cover the main issues for consideration when supplying full or partial kits to ensure minimal problems in production resulting in full and on-time delivery.
To make the process easier, our purchasing system where applicable, automatically attaches two emails to Free Issue requests; a Free Issue Requisition Note and a Free Issue Delivery Note. The requisition details a full list of parts required whereas the delivery note is intended to be completed by the Client (following the guidelines PDF).
